Hold the needle in the right hand and the forceps in the left hand. The needle tip notch is pierced downward at 15-40 degrees. When the needle notch enters the skin, the left hand will loosen the vascular forceps. The right hand will continue to enter the needle until the intestinal thread tip is completely buried under the skin. Then the needle will be withdrawn for 0.5cm. Then the needle will be pressed with cotton ball or gauze to cover the wound.
