Triangular catgut embedding needle method is 1~2cm away from both sides of the acupoint, with gentian purple as a mark in and out of the needle point. After skin disinfection, use 0.5-1% procaine hydrochloride for intradermal anesthesia at the mark, clamp the skin suture needle with catgut with needle holder, puncture from one side of the local pock point, pass through the subcutaneous tissue or muscle layer under the acupoint, penetrate from the contralateral local pock point, pinch the skin between the two needle holes tightly to the skin, cut off the thread ends at both ends, relax the skin, and gently knead the local to completely bury the catgut, apply cover gauze for 3~5 days, each time available 1~3 points, generally 20~30 days catgut embedding 1 times.
