1. Puncture needle embedding method: regular disinfect local skin, take a section of disinfected catgut about 1~2cm long with tweezers, place it at the front end of the lumbar puncture needle tube, connect the needle core back, tighten or lift the skin of the needle insertion site with the thumb and index finger of the left hand, hold the needle in the right hand, and puncture to the required depth. When needle sensation occurs, push the needle core while withdrawing the needle tube, the catgut is buried in the subcutaneous tissue or muscle layer of the acupuncture point, and the needle hole is covered with sterile gauze. The needle of No. 9 injection needle can also be used as the cannula, the needle of No. 28 2-inch long filiform needle can be cut off as the needle core, and 1-1.5cm of No. 00 catgut can be placed into the needle and embedded into the acupuncture point. The operation method is the same as before. When embedding thread with a special embedding needle, after local skin disinfection, 0.5-1% procaine hydrochloride is used as infiltration anesthesia, a section of catgut (about 1cm long) is cut and sleeved on the tip notch of the embedding needle. Both ends are clamped with vascular forceps. The needle is held in the right hand and the forceps is held in the left hand. The needle tip notch is pierced downward in the direction of 15-40. After the needle tip, 0.5cm, then withdraw the needle, press the needle hole with a cotton ball or gauze for a moment, and then apply a gauze cover to protect the wound.
